• All workshops and Science Party Experiences must be booked at least 5 days in advance through our website.
• A minimum of 4 participants is required unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Travel fees are verified after booking based on the event address.

If applicable, additional travel fees will be invoiced separately through Shopify once the address has been confirmed.

• 0–25 km from Mirabel (Saint-Augustin): Free
• 26–40 km: $15 travel fee
• 41 km and over: Quote upon request

• Changes or rescheduling are accepted up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.
• Requests made less than 48 hours before the event are subject to a 15% preparation fee.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

If Minsolab must cancel, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.

Science Party Experiences are designed for birthday and group celebrations.

• A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site during Science Party Experiences.
• Participants must be able to follow instructions and participate safely.
• All activities are fully guided by the Minsolab host.

Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before the workshop.

We use carefully selected, skin-friendly ingredients, but patch testing is recommended. Minsolab cannot be held responsible for individual reactions.

To ensure a smooth experience, the host must provide:

• A clean table or counter surface. Chairs for participants.
• Access to a sink (recommended).
• Access to an electrical outlet if required for the workshop.

All materials, tools, and equipment are provided by Minsolab. Full setup and cleanup are included.

Safety is our priority.

• All workshops are guided step by step by a trained host.
• Materials used are age-appropriate and handled under supervision.
• Certain demonstrations or advanced steps are performed exclusively by the host.

Participants are expected to follow instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Photos may be taken during workshops for documentation or promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise by the client.

No identifying images of children will be shared publicly without explicit consent.
